Can you add the tags NTEN07 (for NTC conference tag), NPSL and NET2 (for net squared?) Also, can I add tags to others' posts on this site? Finally, are those tags just internal to this site?

You can't tag other people's posts. The tags are specifically internal, but if we register the site with Technorati (which we should do) the posts will then be easily feedable as they are in our own Offsite Links section of the site. I'll get us into Technorati this evening.
